Borrowing Periods

1 Week: Feature Films, Magazines, and Holiday Books

3 Weeks: Most other materials not listed above, Children’s Holiday Books outside of the holiday month.

Renewal Policy

Two (2) renewals are permitted on most items, provided there are no reserves pending. (Does not apply to Speed Reads or Speed Views)

Items may be renewed in person, by phone, or through your online account.

Loan Restrictions

Chromebook or Laptop: In-Library use

Magazines: No current issues

Reference: Requires permission from a librarian

Overdue Fines

Minuteman Library Network items checked out at the Bedford Free Public Library are fine free. You will still be responsible for replacement fees for lost or damaged items, as well as overdue fines on items checked out at other libraries. You will be billed for the replacement cost of items that are 4 or more weeks overdue. These bills will be removed as soon as the items are returned.
