The Bedford Free Public Library welcomes everyone to discover, learn, and connect.
Our Vision:
To serve as a trusted, inclusive, and inviting space for the community to explore new ideas, share meaningful experiences, and feel a sense of belonging without expectation.
Our Plan:
From summer 2025 through spring 2026, the Bedford Free Public Library worked with Sage Consulting to develop a new strategic plan shaped by community input. The plan was approved by the Library Board of Trustees on May 26, 2026 and by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners on May 28, 2026.
