Kids’ Events
We offer a variety of children’s events including storytimes, music programs, crafts, science events, movie showings and more. Check our online calendar for a complete list of our events or sign up for our youth services newsletter and they’ll be delivered directly to your inbox.. The Children’s Department serves children through 5th grade. If your child has finished 5th grade, be sure to check out the teen events serving middle school and high school students.

CAREGIVER CAFE & SENSORY PLAY

Caregivers of babies and young toddlers are invited to join us twice a month (one morning and one afternoon) for socialization, coffee/tea and sensory play.
TODDLER STORYTIME

Join Zora for a toddler storytime filled with books, songs, rhymes, musical instruments and more! This storytime lasts approxminately 20 minutes and is geared towards walking toddlers.

Family Storytime gets a musical twist! Join Nicole for all the storytime hits: books, songs, musical instruments, flannels – but they’re all musical. Perfect for all ages who want to move & groove while they learn.
READY FOR KINDERGARTEN STORYTIME
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 22
TUESDAYS AT 3 PM
Class of K27 and their caregivers can join Rachel and get ready for Kindergarten! All storytimes help develop early literacy skills. This storytime also focuses on school readiness including listening skills and taking turns through longer stories, flannel boards, rhymes and songs.
